  A residential custodian will service homes/apartments/new construction properties in the city in which they reside. The general duties will cover: trash removal, sanitation of bathrooms/kitchens, dusting, vacuuming, mopping hard surface flooring and window cleaning. This custodian will manage a daily schedule, with the understanding that the schedule may change with little notice given by the client. This employee will be responsible for possessing entry keys to homes/apartments/new construction properties. They will also be responsible for the securing/alarming each property that they enter. This particular custodian will report to the direction of the district manager of the company.
